Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every order of $80 or €80 and more, which is every bracelet we sell.

Duties and taxes

Prices include duties and taxes. We pay US import duties, and EU VAT through the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), before the parcel leaves. There is nothing to pay at the door.

Where we ship

The contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., and these 25 countries of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

For now we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes; to Cyprus or Malta; to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, Madeira, the Åland Islands or the French overseas territories.

When it arrives

Orders leave within two days. After that, delivery takes:

  • United States: 7 to 12 working days
  • France: 3 to 5 working days
  • Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium: 4 to 6 working days
  • Spain, Poland, Austria, Portugal: 6 to 10 working days
  • Italy: 8 to 12 working days
  • Other EU countries: 10 to 15 working days

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves.

Changing an address

Write to help@meridianharmony.com as soon as you can. Once the parcel has left, the address can no longer be changed.
